Your mission

Become a member of our "Global Sales and Services Team" and Manage Resell Partners on Solution Domains like CAD (Computer Aided Design), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), MOM (Manufacturing Operation Management), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and IoT (Internet of Things) , from the annual plan definition to the day-to-day business execution and support.

The broader Sales team (excluding Services) in France has around 35 members, the majority of the team based in Paris (Châtillon) or Lyon, but we also have members located in other cities in France.  This permanent contract (CDI) position is linked to our Châtillon (92) site and is available as soon as possible.

  • Collaborate with the Country Partner Manager to give visibility on forecast and pipeline for each Partner you are responsible for

  • Participate to the Country Partner recruitment plan to fulfill the Industries and Solutions capacity matrix

  • Define an annual business plans with all the Partners you will be responsible for and pilot them on a quarterly basis

  • With the support of the Partner Development Executive, ensure that all your Partners get access and go thru the training and enablement programs to acquire skills and autonomy

  • Bring the right resources to Partners  to help them to execute their day-to-day business with efficiency and performance

Keys to success

  • Background in  engineering  or equivalent (Bac+5)

  • Significant experience in  Resell Partner Management functions in the Software Industry

  • Aware of the specificities associated with  sales of industrial software (including SaaS)

  • Very good  interpersonal and pedagogical skills  allowing you to establish effective collaboration

  • Willing to travel within France

  • Proficiency in written and spoken  English and French
