Join our Omni Channel Product Owner role at Coty to shape the future of luxury beauty retail technology. Lead groundbreaking clienteling innovations within a global beauty leader.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Product Owner, you are responsible for Platform, Innovation and Customer Experience.
You will lead our RetailOS Clienteling platform strategy and implementation across our luxury brands portfolio, ensuring seamless integration of digital and in-store experiences for our customers worldwide.
Your main focus:
Lead the development and evolution of our RetailOS Clienteling platform
Drive successful implementation of new brand launches on the platform
Train and support retail teams to maximize platform utilization
Analyze platform performance and implement improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. As an experienced Product Owner, you thrive on transforming complex requirements into user-friendly solutions and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Have proven experience in managing CRM or clienteling platforms
Excel in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Master Agile methodologies and have hands-on experience with tools like JIRA
Show natural leadership and empathy in driving change and user adoption
