We are looking for a Senior Product Manager on Boss Fragrances for the French market to be part of Coty’s exciting journey to grow prestige fragrance category.

ABOUT COTY

Our two divisions – Coty Consumer and Coty Prestige – build a varied portfolio of iconic global brands as well as much loved regional brands. Coty Prestige focuses on prestige fragrance, prestige cosmetics and skincare with brands including BOSS, Chloé, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Burberry, Lancaster & Orveda while Coty Consumer focuses on mass color cosmetics, body care and mass fragrances with brands including Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois and Sally Hansen.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate Senior Marketing Product Manager to be part of our French BU Marketing/Trade Marketing team consisting of 20 positive-minded colleagues. The ideal candidate has experience in executing marketing campaigns (Business Unit experience is a must – ideally French Market). The candidate should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.You will oversee the elaboration and implementation of the marketing strategy (full 360° from product to pricing or media) for Boss fragrances, partnering with a Trade Marketing Manager and reporting to a Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU:

Lead the strategic development of brand plans in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager:

  • Adapt launch and trade animation calendars for the French market

  • Identify new growth opportunities in sell-in, market share and sell-out

  • Build annual strategic plans with a smart P&L approach (GSV, NR, A&CP)

  • Monitor market trends and analyze brand performance to support 4P recommendations

Drive best-in-class implementation, with a 360° approach and in the respect of brand standards:

  • Design & implement media strategy hand in hand with local media agency and France Digital and Influence/RP Managers

  • Align retailer (e)-plans with Key Account Managers and defend compelling client presentations

  • Collaborate with Global Teams and Fashion House to offer consistent and out-of-the-box mechanics

  • Coordinate adjacent teams’ actions and drive creative/event agencies to ensure brand plan success

  • Closely monitor forecasting, sell-out and P&L (GSV, NR & A&CP) on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

Can manage one intern in his/her daily missions

  • Recruitment, integration, continuous training, evaluation

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Degree in Marketing or related field

  • Minimum 4/5 years of Operational Marketing/Trade Marketing in the prestigebeauty category

  • Brand management, out-of-the-box thinking, strategic planning

  • Proficiency with online marketing, social media strategy and CRM

  • Ownership, result & solution-oriented mindset, dynamism, leadership and strong interpersonal & collaborative skills

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Business-oriented, initiative-driven, positive mindset and client-focused approach

  • Fluent Frenchand English
