RESPONSIBILITIES
An exciting challenge in an international fast-growing environment with a strong focus on delivering commercial strategies at a global level. You will be acting as a business driver, delivering the global value management strategy in line brand strategy, matching the financial equation, and partnering with the sales teams with commercial excellence execution.

Your main focus :
Lead the business development agenda of the Global Value Management organization in line with the financial equation / the global brand strategy / the commercial footprint.
Drive & roll-out the assortment segmentation strategy (region / customer / retailer).
Identifies opportunities to optimize current model and sources of future growth (channels / markets / retailers / brands).
Ensure strong coordination between central finance team / CMO / our commercial & finance teams.
Support the Finance team with the annual & strategic plan.
Manage periodic analysis (i.e. sell-in/ sell-out, profitability, brand glidepath, pricing, etc.).
This position requires full engagement and efficient communication across functions (central finance, global brands, supply, Legal…) and all Global Value Management’s regions to align and implement the strategy, while ensuring consistency & protection of Brands image, and ultimately achieve business goals.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Business development Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Have minimum of 3 years’ experience either as business analyst / trade marketing / brand finance or sales manager in an international role within a fragrance, beauty, FMCG industry.
Have sound business judgment and high commercial acumen.
Are Agile & have the ability to think globally and locally and drive solutions that meet both brand requirements and local commercial realities.
Are fluent in English. French is a plus.
Have team working ability and excellent communication skills.
Have a blend of finesse in aligning multiple stakeholders.
Have a proactive attitude and innovative thinking.
Have demonstrated experience in dealing with multiple challenges at the same time.
Have good analytical skills.
Are advanced in valuation and portfolio analysis.
Have demonstrated Strategist as an operator mindset.
Can understand and adapt to different local commercial constrains (region / customer…) such as working in a challenging environment.
Have business Acumen: Knows how luxury beauty businesses work; knows the competition.
