Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Clinician for a Great Opportunity in Northern New Jersey

Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join the Atlantic Medical Group Primary Care at Paramus, affiliated with Chilton Medical Center. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact as part of our growing service line in a rapidly expanding region for primary care and specialty care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new practice that offers state-of-the-art equipment and a brand-new staff.

This role is ideal for an ambitious and independent candidate, who is comfortable working autonomously in this busy practice since they will be the first advance practice clinician in our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with children and treating chronic medical conditions. Our practice hours consist of day, evening, and weekends which requires flexibility. This is an outstanding position for career growth as the ideal candidate will be given plenty of hands-on opportunities to further develop current skills and learn from the attending physicians.

  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program

  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey

  • ACLS and BLS certification required

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Primary Care experience preferred

  • Experience managing chronic illnesses and Preventative Medicine/Population Health experience is a plus

  • Must have excellent communication and computer skills

  • Strong work ethic and a team player who can work independently
