responsible for oversight and supervision of nursing personnel. Also serving as a liaison for Administration and nursing staff. The Supervisor shall be accountable for and contribute to problem solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. The Administrative Supervisor is authorized to act in the absence of the CNO. Routinely assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment. Agrees with culture and models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMCs Mission/Vision Statement and Standards of Performance. Reflects a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
