We are seeking a passionate and creative Chef de Cuisine to lead our signature restaurant, Ostra, redefined Costa Rica cuisine with global flavors. Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Chef de cuisine

  • Excellent operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent spanish and conversational english

  • Luxury hotels restaurants experience

  • Focus on quality and consistent execution

  • Fun, creative, vibe

  • Experience in global cuisine, asian cuisine is a plus
