Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Chef de cuisine
Excellent operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Fluent spanish and conversational english
Luxury hotels restaurants experience
Focus on quality and consistent execution
Fun, creative, vibe
Experience in global cuisine, asian cuisine is a plus
