Description

We are searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the healthcare industry, located in PAOLI, Pennsylvania. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves working with accounting software systems, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of account coding, ERP systems, and other related skills.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process invoices for different entities.

• Ensure accurate matching and batching of invoices.

• Identify and rectify issues related to accounts payable.

• Communicate with vendors as needed.

• Code invoices accurately in alignment with company policies.

• Operate and navigate accounting software systems, including ERP systems.

• Contribute to special projects as required.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

• Maintain precise records of customer credit.

• Assist in other accounting functions as require

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Coding and Accrual Accounting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Familiarity with Concur software.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Extensive experience in Accounts Payable.

• Knowledge of Auditing best practices.

• Previous experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry is preferred.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
