We welcome you to join the Patient Access team as a Patient Access Representative at our Miami County Medical Center . You will be r esponsible for completion of front office tasks ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow and quality customer service. Tasks include greeting patients, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling and cancelling patient appointments, completing appointment reminder calls, answering phone, routing phone calls, collecting account copays and outstanding account balances, balancing of collected payments, reconciliation of appointments, and filing/scanning/copying documents and/or forms.
High School or GED Minimum
Any Job Related Experience Minimum
Previous Healthcare Experience Preferred

Regularly attends and consistently participates in scheduled meetings.
