Job Description:

The Branch Manager is the senior operational P&L leader responsible for the overall success of the entire branch. This role will have direct oversight of rentals and service of all rental equipment, transportation and support personnel. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, motivated, self-driven and a capable leader of people.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees all operations within the branch

• Builds relationships with staff to maintain a high level of customer service and support in a positive team oriented branch environment

• Analyzes and uses operational information to create positive actions and results

• Promotes an encouraging and safe work place and adheres to company policy and procedure

• Maintains appropriate staffing levels within the branch and provides continuous coaching, training, support and performance feedback

• Maintains thorough knowledge of market trends and conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong management/leadership, communication, and organization skills in a fast paced environment

• Solid understanding of and ability to manage P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure business plans are achieved

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software
