Description

We are in search of an On Call Sales Greeter to join our team in Panama City Beach. This role is focused on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our sales team. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and demands a strong ability to be on call as required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering a luxury customer experience and satisfaction as the first point of contact when customers visit the sales center

• Handling the registration process for homeowners interested in purchasing a home

• Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally

• Providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure overall sales success

• Ensuring the model home appearance is maintained to high standards

• Organizing and compiling sales brochures for potential customers

• Being available as a go-to person for covering the sales centers as needed

• Supporting the sales team in their operations during open houses or other events

• Assisting in processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records.

Requirements • Must have proven experience in Customer Service and Sales

• Ability to handle and efficiently answer inbound calls

• Knowledge of the software 'About Time' is essential

• Prior experience in Administrative Assistance

• Knowledge of the programming language 'Go' is a plus

• Experience in creating and handling Brochures

• Familiarity with homeowners' needs and preferences

• Knowledge of NAS Technologies can be advantageous
