Mid-Level Financial/Business/Support/Admin Personnel

We are looking for a Mid-Level Financial/Business/Support/Admin Personnel to join our team in the first quarter of 2024. This Onsite position can be held in Washington DC (NCR) or Panama City Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management Support:
    • Assist in the implementation of a metrics-based management approach for planning, scheduling, and monitoring/reporting of technical, cost, risk, and quality aspects.
    • Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of PM processes, ensuring clear demonstration of work aligned with technical objectives within established cost and schedule baselines.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and deliver monthly Contractor's Program Status Reports, including detailed analysis of funding levels per CDRLs Program Management Plan (PMP) and Cost Performance Report.
    • Manage budget allocations, forecasting, and variance analysis in line with project objectives.
  • Integrated Program Management Data Reporting:
    • Facilitate the management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and provide project data for IPMDAR submissions.
    • Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System requirements, where applicable.
  • Data Management and Compliance:
    • Support data management within the Government-provided Integrated Data Environment (IDE).
    • Ensure data protection in accordance with Program Protection Plans and Information Assurance guidelines.
  • COTS License Management:
    • Identify, manage, and review COTS licenses and maintenance agreements.
    • Coordinate with the Government and software OEMs to ensure license compliance and manage obsolescence.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software.
  • Familiarity with DoD 5000 guidelines, Earned Value Management Systems, and NAVSEA 05H Technical Review Manual.
  • Experience in data management tools and integrated data environments.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and budget management tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED

Desired:

  • Experience within a DoD environment
  • DAWIA Certification

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with ten (10) years of relevant experience, OR
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with five (5) years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
