Position Summary, Junior Program Analyst: Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc. (IPS)a small, woman-owned defense contractor located in Panama City Beach, Floridais honored to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) customers for more than 20 years. We are looking for an organized, proactive Junior Program Analyst who enjoys working with a team and is also a productive independent worker. The person who fills this Junior Program Analyst position will: provide support during several weekly technical meetings; develop briefing material that contains project status, schedule, roadmap, strategies, and more; draft meeting minutes, action items, and other administrative documentation; and tackle a variety of other tasking, some with tight deadlines. This is a wonderful opportunity to support an exciting program that is invaluable to our U.S. Navy.

Highlights of Responsibilities: Support technical meetings, both in-person and via Microsoft Teams. Prepare draft meeting minutes and action items. Develop draft briefing material and make updates to existing briefs. Provide inputs and updates for Excel spreadsheets. Provide a variety of general administrative support to the team.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications: High school diploma. 1+ year(s) of Microsoft Excel experience. Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Desired Qualifications: An active Secret clearance. An associate degree in a technical or business discipline. Experience serving in, or providing support to, the military. Prior experience using Microsoft Project and Excel or ability to learn both quickly. Strong Microsoft skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Must be very organized to keep up with this dynamic program. Possess a robust aptitude for basic writing and grammar. Able manage multiple assignments and priorities.

Travel: No travel is required currently.

Tools and Technology: Most work will be conducted on a computer provided by Innovative Professional Solutions (IPS). Various web-based tools will be used. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and possibly Project.

Working Conditions/Environment: Work will primarily be conducted IPS. Some tasks may include reaching, lifting (up to 40 pounds), bending, squatting, kneeling, and walking.
