Description

We are currently seeking a driven and talented Customer Experience Project Manager to join our client's team on a part-time, remote, contract basis. The individual will bring their innovative approach, creative thinking, and strategic skills to boost their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects, timelines and deliverables.

• Coordinate event logistics and support event communications

• Serve as first point of contact for internal requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables across the team.

• Perform invoicing/budgeting tasks

• Perform campaign project management

• Oversee process management and improvement, including optimizing project management templates and standard workflow documents

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, customer service and administrative role.

• Strong communications skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience supporting process improvement.

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
