Description - MUST HAVE at least 2 years of recent experience in healthcare billing, healthcare insurance, or financial counseling -

• Financial Assessment: Evaluate patients' financial situations to determine eligibility for financial assistance programs.

• Billing Assistance: Explain billing processes, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket costs to patients.

• Payment Plans: Develop and negotiate payment plans tailored to patients' financial capabilities.

• Financial Counseling: Provide guidance on managing medical expenses and accessing available resources.

• Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' financial needs and work to resolve billing issues.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and financial arrangements.

Experience in healthcare billing, insurance, or financial counseling - MUST HAVE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
