About The Team

Our Topline & Product FP&A team is a dynamic and essential partner to our Executive Leaders, driving all aspects of Topline growth (e.g. ARR, ACV/TCV bookings, revenue, gross margin) and Product strategy. We play a crucial role in providing valuable business insights that guide decision-making. By working cross-functionally, we help shape our financial and operational policies to enhance the efficiency and success of our long-term financial performance.

What you do

You will be mainly responsible for partnering with our Product and Business Units to support our product growth strategies. You will also be supporting our financial forecasts of all topline metrics. In this role, your key responsibilities include:

Product Business Strategy:

  • Be the business partner of Product and/or Business units to understand business drivers for product growth and assist in financial modeling for long-term product strategies

  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Pricing, Product, and Product Ops to execute new GTM initiatives

  • Develop scenarios for “What if” analyses to support decision-making

  • Provide ad hoc reports and analyses on business performance, market trends, competitive environment, etc.

Planning and Forecasting:

  • Build & maintain Financial planning models (e.g. Quarterly Rolling Forecasts, Annual Planning, Long-range Planning, etc.) to forecast key topline financial metrics such as ARR, Revenue, RPO, etc.

  • Produce monthly Budget vs Actual and Quarter Outlooks regarding key topline financial metrics and provide actionable insights to Finance Leadership

  • Analyze quarter-to-date results to assess risks of achieving topline financial targets

Data Leadership:

  • Collaborate with Data, Sales Finance, Product, and Pricing teams to develop dashboards to report on key metrics that capture the business fundamentals

  • Monitor the actual reporting abnormalities and perform necessary quarterly reconciliations to ensure accurate and consistent reporting of the key metrics

  • Collaborate with the Data team to identify areas for improvement

You might be a good fit if you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 3-6 years of experience with 1+ yrs in a SaaS company and 2+ yrs in Investment Banking or Management Consulting covering the Software / SaaS Industry.

  • Focus on financial analysis, strategic finance, business operations, or related roles.

  • Strong in Excel / Google Sheets & PowerPoint / Google Slides.

  • An effective business partner with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across functions.

  • Strong SaaS KPIs knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize large data sets

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, etc.)

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$132,400—$198,600 USD
