Position Overview:
Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled, maintaining the predetermined completion ratio. Maintains mechanical spaces, as needed to ensure cosmetic appearance. Completes basic preventative maintenance, cleaning and general replacement of parts not requiring certification or advanced training.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
DL-California Drivers Class C
AUTO-Automobile Insurance
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
1 year recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Must have a working knowledge of building operations, tools, and mechanical systems.
Logical reasoning with the ability to respond to instructions and follow through and notify Supervisor when instructions or requirements are not clearly understood.
Must be able to retain machine locations, equipment rooms, and safety equipment.
Must be able to speak, write and read effectively in order to understand work orders, safety notices and other forms of written communication. Ability to print legibly and fill out forms.
Must have basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and decimals.
Must be able to plan basic day based on a list of objectives that are noted on daily worklist.

Pay Range is $42.52 to $53.15 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
