Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Palo Alto, California. You will be playing a critical role in our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function. Your key tasks will involve handling account reconciliations, processing invoices, and managing data entries in our account systems.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities including invoice processing and account reconciliation

• Running checks and ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner

• Coding invoices accurately to ensure correct entries in our accounting system

• Utilizing Oracle and Concur for data entry and other accounts payable related tasks

• Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions

• Leveraging Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting functions

• Ensuring all financial data is up to date and accurate

• Responding to any inquiries regarding invoices or payments

• Working closely with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies in the accounts payable process. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Ability to perform Coding Invoices

• Skilled in Data Entry

• Capable of efficient Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Knowledge of QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP software
