You will be the Project Management and Planning Operations Sr for the System Integration and Test (SI&T) team. Our team is support multiple System Integration Laboratories (SILs) operating locally and at remote locations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Project Management and Planning Operations Sr you will support day to day operations and upkeep of the SILs, including database management duties using relational databases such as ALMS. You will work with all sustainment functions, program engineers, field engineers, procurement personnel, security, and subcontractors with the objective of developing innovative solutions to ensure systems are operational and effective. You will be part of a SI&T team that supports customer deployments and supply requirements for multiple locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Facilities upkeep

•Managing parts movement

•Procuring / tracking parts

•Database management

•Item management

•Security coordination for hardware / software

•Field spares returned for testing, repair or modification

This position is in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:

• Logistics experience supporting field operations

• Management of hazardous chemicals, calibration, and/or time change items

• Active Top Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience with and proficient in relational databases, used for material management, such as ALMS

• ALMS experience

• SAP experience

• Background in SIL Lab Environment or Security

• Knowledge and understanding of procedures pertaining to aircraft maintenance, logistics, and modification processes

• Database management

• Experience with Microsoft Access or similar tools, and miscellaneous mainframe applications such as SQL

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
