The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an IT Operations Site Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Drive Applications, Deskside and Executive Support Services for Palm Springs, Irvine and Redlands and United States Field user base (remote)

• Act as an escalation layer for executives and urgent needs

• Continuous interaction with IT Service Management teams for guidelines, feedback, and improvements on Global End User Support Services

• Manage Support Services for Business applications including but not limited to: ERP systems Pointman, M2M, Office365, Manufacturing apps and off the shelf systems.

• Provide support to the architecture, setup, and operations of end user devices.

• Collaborate with supplier teams to create an integrated and easy to access and use end user workspace.

• Manage and monitor the Site Support Team via performance dashboards and reports.

• Monitor the asset management for your locations.

• Be a part of securing our company assets and data by balancing security aspects and usability / end user experience.

• Manage an accurate asset management and lifecycle process for the United States.

• Plan and drive the roadmap for the End User Computing gear lifecycle, including the budgeting and spend management as well as forecasting for your region.

• Work with IT Service Management teams on the improvement of the IT request catalog and IT store capabilities

• Provide feedback to improve Service Desk excellence based on the region’s requirements.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

• 4-7 years of experience in IT

• 3 years of progressive and deep end user / workspace services responsibilities

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• ITIL v3 certification desired

• Vendor certifications advantageous

• Proven experience with supporting Executives and Executive Admins

• Ability and experience to coordinate and track project work of other IT team members for metrics and reporting.

• Strong infrastructure acumen, including cross-domain knowledge and experience in earlier infrastructure technical roles.

• Nice to have some experience working with Pointman & M2M ERPs.

• Experience working in a multi-national and diverse company.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to stakeholders and business representatives.

• Experience working with IT service management platforms, preferably Manage Engine SDP.

• Profound understanding of end user technologies and usability

• Excellent listener and ability to structure and prioritize.

• Service control and Service Level Management

• Excellent collaboration skills between the various IT areas, spanning technical teams and business relationship management.

Base salary range in California for the IT Operations Site Lead is $90,000 - $135,300. Additional benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, paid leaves, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and potential for tuition reimbursement.
