Job Title: Collateral File Processor
Summary: The Collateral File Processor will be responsible for receiving and processing documents and files. This role involves reconciling contents received to a manifest, logging in files and documents, inventorying contents, and routing them to a Filing Clerk for further handling. The processor will work with original loan files, including negotiable documents, and must maintain the integrity of the files.
Essential Functions:
Intake of Collateral Files (security documents securing a borrower's obligations to a lender).
Prepare documents for scanning.
Scan and manage post-scanning document processing.
Reconcile contents in Iron Mountain.
Receive mail and reconcile shipments to a provided manifest, inventorying received items.
Properly process Bad Addresses per contract.
Fold and stuff documents.
Maintain KPI metrics based on task completion and acceptable error rates.
Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Handle files from loans dating back decades, requiring innovative thinking.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
