Position Summary: As Sales Leader you are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and resolving operational issues when the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader are unavailable.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example.
Collaborate with and lead sales team in priority setting, daily tasks and delegation of responsibilities.
Identify and communicate team and store needs to leader team.
Partner and support store leader team in daily store operations as necessary.
Use creative approaches to engage the customer with the product; illustrate how to wear the clothing and explore different options.
Possess strong understanding and ability to contribute and assist in back of house functions.
Participate in the training and mentoring of new and current team members with an emphasis on nurturing talent and growth.
Develop creative solutions for situations that arise when store leaders are not present.
Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
Assist Store Leader with store merchandising and visual presentation with willingness to experiment and be open to exploring all possibilities.
Ensure and contribute to a safe and clean store environment.

Ability to climb ladders, twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
Previous retail sales or apparel experience required.
