Job Purpose: Under limited supervision, this job strives towards continuous improvement and applies diversified knowledge of principles and practices to broad variety of assignments and related fields. Develops broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area. Evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. Collaboratively uses judgment to determine adaptations in methods for non-routine aspects of assignments. Works on New Construction and Lifecycle infrastructure projects for the Wind, Solar, and Battery storage fleet. This individual will be a technical PM, who has a deep knowledge of network and firewall infrastructure. They should also have a working knowledge of NEER plant operations and requirements. Primary (Essential) Job Functions: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.) • Project management, negotiations, performance tracking and reporting • Standards, policies, training, and support of organization • In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure • The ability to manage multiple work streams in support of acquisitions and divestitures • Management of projects in Jira, Confluence, and Tempo budgets • Communications, Presentations and meetings and support • Research, development, and improvement measures • Self-starter who acts as a single point of contact for high complexity projects for the department • Responsible for all aspects of engineering design and permitting • Work with other departments within organization to establish customer requirements and project costs Required Minimum Qualifications: • Education Requirements • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a combination of the following areas: o IT Infrastructure/Network Management • PMP or equivalent • Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Tempo Budgets Preferred Qualifications: • Preferred Education – Some College • Preferred Experience – 10+ years of project management experience • Preferred Certification/License – CCNA, PMP or CSM • Experience with Networks, Firewalls, and Wind/Solar/Battery operations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
