Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator with experience in benefits administration to join our team. This role will support the HR department in coordinating day-to-day activities, focusing on employee benefits, onboarding, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR coordination experience, with a focus on benefits administration.

  • strong knowledge of benefits laws, such as COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee interaction and problem-solving.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.

  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and provide support during open enrollment periods.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and benefits platforms.

  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Coordinate leave of absence requests, FMLA, and other employee-related matters.

  • Assist in processing payroll changes, benefits deductions, and employee status updates.

  • Provide general HR administrative support, including preparing reports, managing employee files, and assisting with employee relations.
