Responsibilities

If you enjoy designing, creativity, and manufactuirng then this role may be for you! Searching for an entry- level or a graduate with 2-3 years of CNC Programming experience. The ideal individual will be working with our with our growing Manufacturing Team.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and design models

• Translating the product design into computer modeling software

• Choosing and inputting the correct cutting tools for the job

• Adjusting machine settings to meet required product specifications

• Troubleshooting issues during the instructional design process

• Working with router specialists, engineers, fabricators, and management

• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and keep up with technology

• Revise programs and documentation-based engineering changes

• Maintain a library of programs

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Use good judgment

• Computer literate; use or learn different software; use of Outlook, zip files, etc.

• manufacturing process knowledge to meet the requirements of the job

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Some trade school coursework

• 2-5 years or more experience as a machinist, CNC operator, programmer

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 25lbs

Skills

• CNC

• Programming (2 years of experience is required)

• AutoCAD (2 years of experience is required)

• Enroute

• Corel (1 year of experience is required)

• Blueprints (2 years of experience is required)

• Basic Computer Skills
