Dycom Corporate Meeting & Event Lead in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

The Corporate Meeting & Event Lead will directly report to the Chief Operating Officer and support our executive team.
What you’ll do…
Meeting Planning
Plan and coordinate annual leadership Meeting, and other meetings or events, on an ad hoc basis
Plan and coordinate teams visiting corporate headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens including lodging, dining, events, etc.
Serve as the logistics lead on both internal and external events including conception, planning, management, execution and post-event follow-up
Manage communications with meeting stakeholders and attendees, providing clear and detailed information, and fielding questions and feedback regarding events
Develop project task lists, event timelines, and the associated planning process
Lead venue research, sourcing and contract negotiations
You will manage the meeting budget and expenses, working with our finance team to ensure timely payments
You will manage all venue logistics, including, menu planning, audio-visual equipment, décor, set-up, etc.
You will organize event related materials, including signage, print materials, name tags, promotional giveaways, etc.
You will lead on-site execution and management of event, to include venue & event staff management
Manage relationships with vendors and travel partners including negotiating corporate rates
Philanthropy
Develop and manage a philanthropy program that aligns with our values and business within the telecom industry
Identify opportunities for giving back to the communities that we operate in and coordinate events accordingly
Administration
Coordinate the executives’ schedules and deliverables.
Proactively carry out administrative tasks in support of the executive team including, but not limited to, creation of presentations and reports, correspondence, and communications.
Work on average 3 days in the office, and the remainder remotely.
Occasionally travel domestically.
Perform other administrative duties as required.

You have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience working with Google Suite is helpful.
You may have an Associate and/or Bachelor’s degree.
Must be willing and able to work off hours as needed.
