About this role:
Reporting to the Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), as the Associate Director of I&D you will collaborate across the enterprise to help to drive I&D initiatives, actively fostering an inclusive culture that aligns with our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and people-centric goals. You will be responsible for engaging and partnering with Human Resources (HR) and partners across the globe to execute focused I&D programs, manage efficient tracking processes to measure outcomes, and enable effective communication channels to drive engagement and positive action. Analyzing I&D related data sets that inform leadership decisions, global team priorities, and drive enterprise program execution will be a key aspect of your role. You will ultimately strive to positively affect the employee experience through integrating I&D practices and an inclusive lens into talent programs and employee development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion I&D awareness and The Carrier Way across Carrier.
Bring thought leadership and tailored insights to fostering inclusion and increasing diversity.
Help implement I&D strategy and tactics aligned to our core values and desired outcomes.
Partner with HR, COEs and the business to understand needs and challenges.
Inform programs that effectively address and drive positive outcomes.
Nurture a network with external experts and peers to stay informed on I&D best practices.
Supports I&D industry research and benchmarking; lead aspects of I&D projects.
Utilize data analytics and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas of opportunity for I&D.
Review I&D training content to ensure alignment with best practices and Talent strategy.
Serve as a strategic resource and trusted advisor for Employee Resource Groups.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 + years of experience in HR, People Analytics
2 + years of experience in I&D
1 + years of global organizational experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile corporate environment experience, driving organizational transformations.
Proven record in talent development initiatives including processes and results.
Strong communication, influencing, and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership through influence and inclusive style.
Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
Demonstrated results-driven, execution approach.
Ability to build relationships and operate autonomously.
Leverage data to deliver insights.

Project Management certification.
