Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role requires a strong understanding of office procedures and a willingness to support various departments within the company. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.

  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Support bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing (QuickBooks experience is a plus).

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports.

  • Greet and assist visitors to the office in a professional manner.

  • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.

  • Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed for various projects.
