Job Description:

The F-35 & Military Avionics Division is seeking a Division Analyst to support a highly dynamic division, which includes diverse business models, government contracts, customers, and missions. The Division Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial analysis activities. This is a high visibility position where the candidate will work closely with Division, Sector, and Segment leadership to make meaningful contributions to the continued success of the business.

Essential Functions:

  • Must have a strong financial analysis skill set

  • Possess strong communication skills (oral, written, listening); should be capable of making presentations to internal customers and management

  • Software knowledge required: PeopleSoft & Queries, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion Planning, CRM, Tableau is a plus

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be capable of interfacing and forming working relationships with the senior management staff

  • Must have good organizational skills and be capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks

  • Self-motivated and able to proactively solve complex problems in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting with 7 plus years of Program Finance or Cost Accounting experience / relevant experience or Master's with 2 plus years’ same experience.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Flexible and willing to assume additional responsibilities as needed

  • Should have a good understanding of the usage of the various types of discretionary financial resources (IR&D, Direct Selling, B&P, Capital, OH)
