Customer Service Representative II

We are excited to welcome a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative II to our team in Paisley. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to flawless customer service and satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Proactively communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide world-class service

• Handling customer orders, inquiries, and complaints, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Collaborating with internal teams to determine customer requirements and successfully implement solutions

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Participating in training sessions to stay updated on process knowledge and industry trends

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools

• A high level of attention to detail
