As a Clinical Director, your primary role will be to oversee clinical programming, clinical supervision and oversight, clinical training, and uphold clinical best practices. Requirements:

  • Must be independently licensed or undergoing licensure in AZ

  • Must possess a valid fingerprint clearance card.

  • Current Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).

  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

  • Would also need to be able to travel to Colorado City (approx. 1 hour away).

  • Master’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health is required of this position.

  • 3-5 years of clinical and administrative managerial experience is required of this position.

  • 2-5 years or more experience in a supervisory or management role.

Pay Details: $104,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
