Liberty Healthcare Corporation Program Manager – new statewide healthcare staffing initiative in PA, United States
Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a potential new full-time Program Manager position.
This is a key leadership role which will support a largescale public healthcare staffing initiative.
The downstream impact of this initiative will help bring vital healthcare services to a significant number of Pennsylvanians who have mental illness, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and medical needs.
As Liberty Healthcare’s Program Manager, you will enjoy a dynamic job description which will involve an array of responsibilities related to contract management and compliance, client relations, personnel and human resources management, and recruiting and retention.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Traveling to client locations throughout Pennsylvania (estimated at 50%)
Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with decision makers at psychiatric hospitals, intermediate care facilities, long term care facilities, correctional facilities, and public health offices
Indirectly managing between approximately 70-100 healthcare professionals
Client-facing activities
Ensuring contract compliance and contract deliverables are met
Authoring various management reports
Representing Liberty Healthcare at interview and client meetings
Assisting in onboarding and offboarding activities
Participating in recruitment activities and candidate interviews
Proactively addressing and resolving personnel issues
Facilitating performance reviews
Helping to achieve high retention and low turnover rates among staff
Ensuring staff timecards are submitted and approved by established deadlines
Assisting with invoicing and financial reporting activities

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
Human resources, program management, project management, personnel, or related experience – ideally within the healthcare industry
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of personalities
Ability to interpret and complete management reports, budgets, and payroll reports
Ability and willingness to travel to client sites throughout Pennsylvania (approximately 50%)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Outstanding client-facing and communication skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
