Our client in Oxnard, CA is looking to fill a full time Shipping Coordinator position.

Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Oxnard, CA

Pay Rate: $19.75

Monday through Saturday 12pm-8:30pm

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

• Coordinate daily with the Shipping Supervisor, Inventory Supervisor, Transportation, Carriers, and Sales Team on the status on in/out bound orders.

• Assign and review orders for accuracy

• Communicate with forklift drivers and assign orders for in/out bound to be loaded/off loaded

• Verify out-bounds are properly packaged, identified, and accurately filled by comparing items and quantities against documents

• Answer shipping phone lines, assist drivers, and coordinate with gate attendant on truck movement in and out of our facility

What’s Needed?

Max of 5

• Must have 2 years experience

• Ability to lift/move 25 to 50 pounds

• Safely work near moving mechanical parts and equipment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
