Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer for our client in Owosso.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI solutions using BusinessObjects Technologies to support decision-making processes

• Design and implement databases to store and manage data efficiently

• Utilize EO/IR systems to gather and analyze data, translating it into actionable insights

• Apply your skills in MicroStrategy Development and AB Testing to optimize our business processes

• Use Analytics and Business Intelligence Technologies to interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents to clearly communicate the needs and expectations of the business

• Apply your SQL skills to query databases and perform data manipulation

• Create data visualizations using Tableau to present data in a clear and concise manner

• Ensure all business intelligence projects are completed on time and meet business requirements

• Continuously improve our business intelligence systems by keeping up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.

Requirements • Possess strong knowledge of BusinessObjects Technologies

• Proficient in using Database and EO/IR systems

• Experience with MicroStrategy Development

• Familiarity with AB Testing and Analytics

• Deep understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Intelligence Technologies

• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents

• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau

• Experience in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
