TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Owings Mills, Maryland

TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Customer Service Representative opportunity with an Investment Institution in the Owings Mills, MD 21117 area!

Description:

  • Responsible for reviewing transaction requests and authorizations, processing transactions, and timely and accurate reconciliatory of transactions.

  • Maintain department processing standards in productivity and quality.

  • Responsible for tracking responses to client inquiries in order to inform the development of guides that enable to swift resolution of recurring issues.

  • Perform duties as assigned to improve business processes, the timing and quality of client transactions, and the level of support available.

  • Work to learn and understand business processes and service requirements

  • Communicate either verbally or in writing with clients

  • Navigate through multiple systems daily

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to Navigate excel/strong computer skills

  • Proficient Math and Reading skills

  • Strong Analytical Abilities

  • Strong Customer Service Skills.

  • Strong administrative skills

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST

This position in fully on-site.
