Job Purpose: To properly perform all powder-coating related activities in accordance with the quality standards established by the company to meet or exceed customer expectations. Essential Job Functions:

• Working in a team environment
• Perform a variety of duties such as applying powder, masking, loading, unloading, buffing, removing weld splatter, painted parts inspection.
• May be involved in cleaning and maintaining coating equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Needed: Required

• Ability to use power tools
• Good eye for detail
• Understanding of safety

Preferred

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a production environment and / or powder coating.

Working Conditions: Will be working near moving equipment. Will also involve lifting, up to 35 lbs. Work area is noisy and ear protection is required.
