Rise Modular, LLC is a full-service modular manufacturing and construction company redefining how multi-family and hospitality projects are built. 

Job Summary:

Rise is looking for a Lead Recruiter with high-volume, full cycle, recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall recruiting strategy.

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions.

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc.

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

  • Coordinate interviews with supervisors.

  • Schedule background and drug testing with approved vendors.

  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions.

  • Develop a training and onboarding plan for each new hire.

  • Create employee files and data, maintaining a secure and confidential environment.

  • Work closely with marketing in ordering recruiting or other supplies as needed.

  • Coordinate and attend career fairs and other hiring events.

  • Enter new hire in human resources information systems.

  • Provide candidates and employees information regarding the benefit plan options.

  • Review hiring process for legal compliance and make process improvement recommendations.

  • Conducts exit interviews as needed.

  • Assists with organizational training and development efforts.

  • Other duties as needed or assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven work experience as a High-Volume Recruiter (either in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter); preference given to manufacturing and/or construction experience

  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to handle confidential information.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as HRIS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong decision-making skills
