Job Description

The Quality Co-Op position supports the Quality Management in North America and Owatonna Plant team, including:

• Special Project Support

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Data analysis and reporting

• Actions follow up and validation

• Follow up customer failure statistics and find trends

• Drawing review and ability to draw conclusions

Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or Higher

• Working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and Graphs etc.)

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, multi-tasking and highly organized

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship (F1 and J1 visa holders are not eligible for this role)

• Must live local to Owatonna, MN

Must be available to work 30-40 hours per week during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) for 6 months

Additional Information

Start: month year / according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months – 30-40 h/week (extension possible)
