Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $19.50/hr

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing all Communications Center activities and other duties as directed and performed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Coordinating and communicating with our officers or management via radio or phone communications to facilitate efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle high-pressure and high-stress situations

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with established procedures

  • Familiarity with security systems and technology

  • Ability to answer inbound phone calls and assisting or routing the calls as needed to the proper channels of communication

  • Maintaining the status of incidents and records

  • Responding to public inquiries

  • Maintaining and updating confidential information

  • Monitoring video alerts as they are presented and follow the correct course of action according to client notes

    Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching our officers or responders to emergencies/suspicious activity

  • Respond to alarms and emergencies, following protocols and procedures

  • Conduct regular security checks to identify and address any safety hazards or violations

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any security-related incidents or concerns

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and visitors when needed

  • Complete thorough and accurate incident reports as required

  • Stay updated on security procedures, protocols, and industry trends
