Job Title: Skilled Trades Recruiter
Location: Overland Park
Base Salary + Commissions ($80,000-$150,000 year one)

Responsibilities:
Source and manage candidates to fulfill Ultimate's recruitment needs
Conduct candidate research and development
Analyze the market to identify recruitment opportunities
Conduct meetings with clients
Participate in networking events to connect with potential candidates
Maintain and update CRM systems
Offer timely solutions to clients and candidates
Provide regular reports on recruitment account status
Propose strategies to enhance performance and identify avenues for growth
Requirements:
Eagerness to learn and a strong drive to achieve success
Competitive and sports-minded mentality
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Self-motivated and proactive attitude
Familiarity with sales and marketing principles
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Capability to complete tasks accurately and promptly
