Robert Half is Seeking a Dynamic Marketing Manager for this thriving private company.

This company is in the construction industry and continues to innovate and grow year after year. They are on a tremendous growth journey, and seeking a skilled Marketing Manager with resourcefulness and a proactive mindset.

You will not be just a number at this company, and not sit on the sidelines. Instead you will work across the company as a business partner, collaborating and continuing to build on the continued success. The chosen candidate will take the helm of our marketing efforts, crafting effective strategies to promote the product portfolio. Through your creative, strategic, and leadership skills, you will build a strong brand image, implement impactful marketing campaigns, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. Prior B2B marketing success and familiarity with the construction industry is a bonus!

Key Roles:

• Create and drive marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and website content.

• Develop appealing marketing collateral in collaboration with sale team and manufacturers.

• Organize successful client events, trade shows and product launches.

• Build relationships with industry media and influencers and manage press releases.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field, while, MBA is advantageous.

• Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing including 3+ years in leadership.

• Proved expertise in developing actionable marketing strategies.

• Strong analytic abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of Market Intelligence

• Multi-Channel Marketing experience

• Deep understanding of eCommerce

• Marketing experience

• Marketing management experience

• Experience with administration and deployment of electronic direct marketing campaigns, including database management and analytics
