A position has opened up at Honeywell for an ambitious ISC Project Management Principal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops procedures to ensure that Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations (DFAR) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200) and specific funding and contract requirements are met.

  • Maintain editorial control and prepare updates of company policies and procedures that encompass internal Contracts, Pricing and Estimating, Procurement, and International Trade Compliance practices and activities.

  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate updates to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and associated supplements/rules, state, local, and industry relevant updates, acting as a business advisor.

  • Effectively communicates the introduction of new policies and procedures to internal stakeholders, ensuring the “what”, “why” and “how” are clearly understood.

  • Assess the impact of emerging regulatory changes & legislative action on the business and collaborate with pertinent functional groups on any necessary modifications to policy and/or procedures.

  • Own the change management and implementation process, to include taking lead on drafting implementation frameworks and procedures for presentation to leadership for consideration.

  • Implements effective training plans to drive employee and organizational development.

  • Responsible for implementing internal best practices and making policy decisions.

  • Participate and provide contractual expertise and thought leadership in drafting white papers to respond to commentary periods of proposed rules.

  • Identify potential gaps and risks when it comes to fulfilling compliance standards, and help develop recommendations, processes, and controls to improve organizational procedures.

  • Manages centralized SharePoint-based knowledge management content pertaining acquisition policy and other areas to consolidate actionable regulatory objectives and training content.

  • Review and implement processes, tools, documentation to ensure compliance and efficiencies.

  • Supports cross-functional data calls from internal company stakeholders with respect to data requested from regulatory or contractual customers.


  • Bachelor's Degree


  • Some project management or ISC Experience

  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects

  • Global company working experience

  • Professional in Microsoft Office

  • Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
