E2E Data & Analytics Manager

This key player will be responsible for the execution of the Hill’s Customer Service & Logistics E2E Analytical strategy and data governance. This position leads the overall E2E analytics solution strategies and roadmaps for implementing new capabilities and integrating them into existing and new analytical platforms. This position will work cross functionally and cross-regionally to improve overall supply chain performance and cost efficiencies through data analytics and data science into the Hill’s E2E planning systems. The position will report to the Systems & Analytics Sr. Manager and will have a direct report Data & Analytics Engineer role within the Hill’s Global Team.

What you will do:

  • Global Strategies Implementation: Collaborate with the Hill’s Systems and Analytics Manager and CP Global Analytics team to implement analytics enablement strategies, solution roadmaps, and governance frameworks for the E2E Planning Organization.

  • Data and Analytics Projects Management: Serve as Scrum Master, ensuring agile and timely delivery of all data and analytics projects.

  • Organization of Data & Analytics Upskilling Program: Devise and maintain, together with Hill’s Systems and Analytics Manager, a sustainable training program that elevates the analytical skills of the organization which includes basic SQL for Snowflake and Big Query and usage of visualization tools such as DOMO and Sigma.

  • Automation Champion: Find opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy through automation.

  • Manage Hill's PAWS (Pet Analytics for Winning Synergies): Lead the community of data and analytics enthusiasts in the organization, by facilitating learning opportunities, collaborative projects, and knowledge sharing.

  • Data Lake Effective Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the data lake housed in SQL servers, including platforms like Snowflake and Google BigQuery whilst ensuring adherence to global data management guidelines, maintaining scalability, accessibility and performance.

  • Manage Material Master Data Governance: Develop and enforce SAP/Kinaxis master data standards and processes to ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy across the organization.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or related field

  • 7+ years of combined experience in analytics, data strategy, and project management, preferably within a planning or supply chain context

  • Experience with managing and optimizing data lakes, with a proficient understanding of SQL servers, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and other data storage technologies.

  • Experience as a Scrum Master or any agile methodologies for project management

  • Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, and Sigma.

  • Experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and quality across various systems and platforms

  • Broad business knowledge and strong understanding of Supply Chain systems

  • Ability to lead and balance multiple projects and priorities effectively

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Supervisory or Project Management experience is preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Python, AI, machine learning, and advanced analytical techniques is a plus

  • MBA

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $100,000.00 - $147,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
