Type of Position: Adjunct Faculty, Exempt

Work Schedule, Hours per week: varies, varies hours per week

Pay Range: varies and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Adjuncts teaching in the Lifetime Fitness Center will perform duties which may include:

- Instructing patrons in proper use of equipment

- Teaching appropriate workout exercises to patrons

- Monitoring the safety and activity of all patrons in the Lifetime Fitness Center

- Monitoring any medical situations of patrons

- Providing any special requests for testing by patrons within the scope of Lifetime Fitness Center

- Supervising the Lifetime Fitness Center monitors (check-in desk)

- Oversee cleaning duties and sanitation procedures are completed

Required Qualifications:

• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Bachelor\'s degree and HLC Approved Personal Training Certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks when needed.
• Computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in Health or Wellness or HLC Approved Certifications (list provided upon request).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous Fitness Center or Health Club experience.
