Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Visit retail store locations for coaching, training, and hands-on selling with sales representatives.

  • Drive and inspect marketing campaigns and Boost brand standards at retail stores.

  • Make and receive daily calls to stores, assisting with performance and customer escalations.

  • Identify new retail distribution points using local knowledge and real estate contacts.

  • Communicate with store owners to enhance business sales performance.

  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge and implement plans to exceed sales quotas across the territory.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school

  • 4 years of sales and/or account management experience

  • 3 years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management

  • 1-year selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, completed driver’s safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy and guidelines

  • Contract or vendor relationship experience

  • Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Be available to quickly formulate and provide solutions for escalations that arise during retail business hours

  • Exhibit excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to provide sales and marketing counseling to owners and sales representatives

  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to work well individually and as a member of a team

  • Candidates must currently live within the greater Kansas City/Overland Park area

Travel:

  • Local travel only

  • Company vehicle included

Potential Total Compensation, Commission + Base: $70,000 - $80,000

*The range above includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals*

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $70,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
