Membership Consultant

Location: Overland Park, MO - 63114

Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent

Setting: Primary Care

Pay: $50,0000 Base + Commission

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in Medicare Sales (Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans), driver’s license, High School Diploma or equivalent.

Key Duties:

  • Drive new patient enrollment by building and maintaining relationships through direct outreach, community events, and partnerships with healthcare providers.

  • Promote the clinic's mission and value to seniors by engaging with individuals and groups in community settings such as senior centers and houses of worship.

  • Plan and execute local marketing events to attract medically underserved and Medicare-eligible seniors to the clinic.

  • Collaborate with health plan agents and brokers to ensure prospective patients are enrolled in suitable health plans and assigned to the clinic’s Primary Care providers.

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage the sales process, including documenting interactions and maintaining updated prospect information.
