INSIGHT PARTNERSHIP GROUP Program Director in OTTUMWA, Iowa
Insight Partnership Group, LLC is an agency which provides in-home services to our neighbors with an Intellectual Disability, Brain Injury, or Chronic Mental Illness.
IPG is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Program Director in the Wapello County program, based in Ottumwa, Iowa.
The IPG Program Director will oversee and coordinate all services and systems within their respective program with the ability to work under the direct supervision of the COO.
Responsibilities
- Development and supervision of Direct Support Staff and Office Personnel
- Responsible for planning, coordination and management of services
- Responsible for oversight of trainings and team meetings
- Responsible for oversight of staff schedule
- Responsible for Quality Assurance of local program
- Responsible for referrals and intakes
- Responsible for program growth in conjunction with the Executive Director
- Implementation of agency quality improvement initiatives
- Program financial oversight
- On-Call
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, (or other related field) and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience in services for persons with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or brain injury or case management.
- Supervision experience preferred.
- Drivers License and car insurance (required)
- Must pass a background check
- Must reside within 30 minutes of domicile within the first 90 days of employment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $60,000 per year

Schedule
- Typically, 8 hours shifts, Monday - Friday. Flexibility in this schedule is required to meet members and agency needs and outcomes.
