Job Type: Full-time, all the time even when it snows.

The Role: As our fearless Crew Lead, you'll be the captain of a mighty (and mildly sweaty) team of outdoor enthusiasts. You'll lead the charge in trimming, pruning, mowing, and generally making Mother Nature jealous of your handiwork. Got an eye for detail? Great! Because we need someone who can spot a rogue weed from a mile away and knows the difference between a shrub and a small tree. (Yes, that’s a real thing.)
Your Green Skills:
Green Thumbin’: Keep our landscapes looking so good, they’ll be Instagram-famous.
Team Wranglin’: Lead a team of skilled landscapers who might occasionally argue over the best lawnmower brand.
Problem Solvin’: Turn "uh-oh" moments into "oh yeah!" solutions.
Equipment Lovin’: Ensure our tools and machines are as sharp as your sense of humor.
What We’re Looking For:
A natural-born leader with the patience of a saint and the stamina of a marathon runner (or at least a fast walker).
Someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty—literally. We’re talking dirt under the nails kind of dirty.
Experience in landscape maintenance (duh), but also the ability to name at least five types of grass in a single breath.
