Job Description
Reporting to the Concierge Leadership, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
Delivery of Food and Beverage orders
Co-ordinate and work with Front Office and Housekeeping Departments
Provide parking assistance upon arrival and departure of guest vehicles
Provide the guest with detailed parking fees and clear explanation of valet benefits
Work with the overnight Manager on duty
Luggage handling
Delivery of guest folios
Pick-up laundry and doorknob menus
Meet all guest needs in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner
Duties include: Shoeshine, In-Room Dining orders and Bell Services
Qualifications
Previous guest service and food & beverage experience required
Excellent communication skills in both official languages
Proven guest service excellence
Smart Serve Certification required
Valid Driver’s License with no infractions
Additional Information
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Physical ability to operate a vehicle (foot pedals, gear shift, steering wheel, etc.)
Frequent bending and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
