Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Electronics Assembly Technician, where you will engage in the NPI (New Product Introduction) and small batch design of a host system that reads card information. In this role, you will focus on assembling two main types of units: a small handheld unit and a larger bedside unit. Your responsibilities will include subassemblies of system components, soldering on small PCB chips, and conducting basic tests before sending the products to Quality Control for final inspection.

Hard Skills

• 1 year of electronics assembly experience

• 1 year of soldering experience (through-hole soldering preferred)

• Proficiency in using small power/hand tools such as electric screwdrivers, drills, and hot glue guns

Details

• The work is operating Monday to Friday with a flexible start time between 7-8 AM.

• Pay rate is 20.36

• Day Shift

• Benefits are available from the first week of employment

Work Environment

Each team member has their own station in a very quiet setting, where minimal talking is allowed, and individuals can listen to music through earbuds while working. The site is currently being remodeled and features a large, well-equipped café with food for purchase, numerous fridges, and microwaves. The lab houses about 15 people, with a total of 100 people on site.
